You can choose to have them mailed to yourself, or sent directly to the gift recipient. Gift certificates can be purchased in person at the Grand Opera House Box Office, by phone at 920-424-2350, or by e-emailing the Box Office directly at tickets@grandoperahouse.org. When e-mailing the Box Office please include your name, daytime phone number and value of the gift certificate(s) needed and we will be happy to contact you. Grand Opera House Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, and may be redeemed in person or by phone through The Grand’s Box Office. Cash back on certificates may not exceed $4.99 -- a combination of gift certificates and cash will be issued for a balance of $5.00 or more.
