The Box Office
The Grand Opera House Box Office is located just inside the street level doors at 100 High Avenue. Turn to your left as you enter.
Hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. During the summer, our "off" season, hours vary - please see Tickets page for Summer Hours. On performance days the Box Office opens 60 minutes before event time and remains open for 30 minutes after. Tickets may be purchased online, in person, by phone, fax or mail; please note that sales tax and any applicable fees may be added to some purchases. Cash, local checks, travelers' checks, money orders, VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
Ticket Policy
All programs, dates, times and prices are subject to change. There is a $1.00 per ticket replacement fee for lost tickets.
Ticket Returns and Exchanges:
All sales are final unless a performance is cancelled, with the following exceptions:
- Exchanges are allowed within a single performance, or within a performance run of the same event, provided that tickets are returned to the Box Office at least 6 hours prior to the initial event. These exchanges will incur a $1 per ticket charge.
- 2005-06 Members and Subscribers may exchange tickets from one 2007-08 Season Event to another, without incurring a fee, provided that tickets are returned to the Box Office at least 6 hours prior to the initial event. This benefit does not apply to Spotlight Events.

Gift Certificates
Grand Opera House gift certificates can be used to purchase tickets for any event at The Grand sold through our Box Office. To purchase a gift certificate, contact the Box Office at 920-424-2350, or click here to order online with a VISA or MasterCard. Please note that gift certificates can currently only be redeemed in person or through the mail.
Restrooms
Men's and women's restrooms are located off of the main lobby. The men's can be found on the west side, while the women's is nearest the theater, behind the wheelchair lift.
Drinking Fountain
A drinking fountain is located across from the elevator in the hallway between the main lobby restrooms.
Elevator
An elevator, which accesses the upper office/concessions area, is located in the hallway between the main lobby restrooms.
Special Needs
The Grand is handicapped accessible for patrons who have hearing or mobility impairments. Please notify The Box Office about special needs when purchasing tickets.
Devices for the Hearing Impaired
Assisted listening devices are available free of charge to hearing-impaired patrons. To use a headset, contact the house manager or the nearest usher before events. A major credit card, state ID or driver's license is all that is required for deposit.
Facilities for Patrons with Disabilities
The main lobby, historic lobby, and main floor of the Grand Opera House are completely accessible to all physically disabled persons. Also accessible are the upper level Grand Lounge and administrative offices.
Handicapped-accessible restrooms are located in the main lobby. A wheelchair lift is located in the main lobby near the womens' restroom.

Lost and Found
During performances lost articles may be claimed with the house manager. At other times, contact the administrative office at 920-424-2355.

During a Performance

Greeters
Greeter(s) are present in the main lobby and will provide patrons with information, directions, ticket donations and other assistance as required.
Coat Check
A coat check is located in the main lobby.
Emergency Phone Number
If you may require paging during a performance, the House Manager can be reached at 920-424-2354; please leave that number with those who may need to reach you, along with your exact seat location (section, row and seat number). Messages will be delivered as soon as possible. Beepers or cellular phones are not allowed into the theater unless they are turned off. If you are expecting a call, they may be checked with the House Manager and messages will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Concessions
Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, water and cookies (when available) are sold in the main lobby. For full performances (75% capacity or more), a second concession area will be located in the Grand Lounge (located upstairs near the administrative offices). Refreshments are not permitted in the historical lobby or any seating area.
Photography, Recording and Electronic Devices
Cameras, cellular phones, pagers, laser pointers and recording devices are not allowed.
Medical Emergencies
In case of a medical emergency, patrons should contact the nearest usher.
